"You Must First Log Off ACARS"???

I somehow got this message in the FMC, and was unable to log off. That meant that I couldn't access the FMC and it messed the remainder of my flight. Any idea how to Log Off of ACARS if you accidentally go there? Thanks.

hit menu, then log off acars.Good luck,Marc

You can also hit "ACARS HOLD " after pressing MENU, gets you straight back to the page you came from when first going into ACARS.Cheers,Kjell.

I did use the "Log Off", but the ACARS message would keep reappearing. What could I have done wrong?
