After you RIGHT click on the UPPER screen it will pop up, then push the SYS of ENG buttons on the main panel...And yes it is blank on the real bird untill you push SYS or ENG.Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. is SYS/ENG on the overhead panel??

It is on the main panel, close to the autobrake buttom (left of it)RegardsJohn

Ok thanks, also, the captain outboard display and the captain inboard display differ to the manual. Im using the 737-800/900 and these two displays are split into segments showing various information, whereas the manual shows just the one functionyou can see how mine is set herehttp://www.corsasport.co.uk/carimages/2197/73708.jpgBut the flight director system display fills the display in the manualIs this because its the 800/900?

I looked at the ENG/SYS buttons to press but they just say INOP on them, any ideas how to make them operate?Steve

Some one must know it cant be that tricky surely?

You need to go to the PMDG pull down menu at the top of FS2004 and go to styles, then change the preferences there. I believe you can tell it to have over/under eicas screens and that should change your selection. What i usually do is fly with the Southwest Airlines style in the airline menu, but I believe you want something like American Airlines. It will then allow your lower EICAS to be active, and then they won't say "inop" anymore.

Yes you are right, SWA does not have this so of course either does PMDG. You can select an aircraft like WEST JET from the menu and get a nice panel setup IMO OR choose an exterior and then choose the the panel style from the menu. Best Wishes,[h4]Randy J. Cheers guys thats killed two birds in one stone for me ;)

You know, all this is well documented in the manuals. That's the reason why I know about it and many other people that responded. Also, you should experiment with that PMDG styles menu.....lots of interesting things can happen then.

I looked through the many manuals and couldnt find out about the styles thing, maybe i just missed it
