This is the greatest MSFS airplane ever but,After doing a "Direct To Intercept" to a Final appraoch fix on any ILS and arming and captureing the APP mode, I noticed the Active Waypoint does not change to the next waypoint on the FMC legs page or on the top right corner of the ND. It should be.Intercepting the ILS from LNAV mode works normally and the active waypoint changes to the next waypoint when passed flying an ILS. The active waypoint should change to the next waypoint in sequence once it is passed, but its not in this situation. Can someone confirm this behavior??? I have both new recent updates installed. I also tried it using both the -700 and -800 models with the same results.Floyd

Randy,Do this.Create a "Direct To" a fix on the inbound course of any ILS.(make sure the fix is in front of you)Fly in HEADING mode to intercept that course.Arm APP mode.After intercept of the ILS course, you see that the active waypoint no longer updates on the FMC or ND. This is the only situation I could make it happen.Using VOR/LOC or LNAV to capture the ILS first, then pushing APP worked OK and the active waypoint did update as they were passed.Floyd

Well why don't you show us some screenshots, if there is an issue here PMDG can put this into a future update. I do not believe we will see any updates right now as the development team is 100% on producing the 744 ;-). There are a couple of items that I know exist that need to be added maybe in the BBJ etc so do me a favor and document this exactly so it can be reproduced exactly this means aircraft, weights, route etc... I had the same thing happen when doing a direct incpt to rnwy heading after flying HDG select . Waypoints did not update after intercepting the ILS.
