August 23, 200421 yr This is a simple problem that I have just noticed. See if you can figure it out.I'll tell ya. The plane's fuselage is supposed to block out the sun on the engine, right? Perhaps it's a limitation of FS, but I hadn't seen any mention of it before.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/88871.jpg
August 23, 200421 yr "See if you can figure it out."Someone in the seat in front of you just took a picture of the engine(with a flash)? :( Or... your wing illumination lights are on?Or... the cockpit is on fire????!!!Am I getting warmer? (no pun intended)Cheers.Ian.
August 23, 200421 yr I still have landing / taxi lights shining through buildings .......been like this for a few versions of FS.Well, a little "twilight zone" sunlight on an engine never hurt the engine. Or does it...........If I were you, I'd steer clear of the Bermuda Triangle. Use a 500NM route offset. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!:)
August 23, 200421 yr If nothing else it sure is a great pic. :-) I would have also posted it in the screenshot forum..lol. Jeff D. August 23, 200421 yr The sun is low, right? Then there is nothing wrong with this shot. The sunshine comes from underneith the fuselage. The airplane doesn't have to bank that much to get this because it is flying high and the sun is so low.Cheers,Ian Udingahttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg
