Top Menu bar not visable with PMDG game and other box above

Dear All,Have purchased the above product and installed it onto new PC aswell which is compatiable,there is one problem which I can't sort out will explain below.When the game has loaded you have the blue outline box with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2002 etc at the top of your screen, then below the top menu bar with variours other topics ieFlights Aircraft World and so on then the taskbar at bottom know that isn't there at all have tried to get them on as they where there on my last pc and before I loaded the the flight game again plus wehat has happened is when you load aircraft ie A320,B737NG,B747,B777 etc the displays are kind of blur you can make them out but things aren't clear as you would expect them to be hope someone can advise me how to get the menu bar and other two back and that might resolve the blurness of displays,sorry for long posting if don't understand then please contact me as am totally stuck.
