September 20, 200421 yr Thanks but that wasnt exactly what i was looking for. I would like the flight plans you load up in the FMC. Since my knowlege of programming routes waypoint by waypoint is very limited i would like pre planned flights. The ones in the RTE format. Thanks

September 21, 200421 yr Shame you dont like to programme the FMC yourself, as www.ais.org.uk has the SRD (Standard Routes Document), which contains the ATC perfered routings for the entire UK. From heathrow to nearly all other airports, including connecting routes between the london airports. They are inDEPARTURE -> SID -> AIRWAY/FIX - AIRWAY/FIX -> STAR -> DESTINATION format, which is ideal for typing them into the FMC. Looking up the notes for levels etc. can be a pain, it's easier to open 2 copies of the PDF and flick between.Also.http://rfinder.asalink.net/Is also invaluable. Used in conjuncton with the UK SRD it's quite handy for UK - European Mainland routes and beyond. I "believe" that if you register on the above site you can get FSNav exports of the plans, which you can then use to generate FMC plans in RTE format. That gives you the ability to generate an RTE plan for any journey in the world (within reason). The only let down is that a lot of STARs and SIDs in the FMC database are missing, inaccurate or simply wrong. Of course we can't complain as they are very kindly provided as freeware. I tend only to use them when I can't find the STAR or SID on a chart online.
