Hi,can't confirm your problems. Here everything ok afer update. Are you sure to have FSUIPC 3.40 installed? Try to deletethe fsuipc.ini and let it rebuild by rebooting FS9.ActiveCamera is updated to 2.01 ?Do you use the "No CD" fs9.exe? If yes DON'T do it!Did you patch the Fs9 with the NOCD fs9.exe installed? If yes, that was probably a bad idea.In my opinion there was/is already something messed up with your Fs9 before you installed the Update.Hope this helps. Constantin

Hi octavianus I am just replying to your mail not to offer advice but just to say that after the update to 9.1 all my systems are fine including fuel. I have only made 1 online flight and all went well, so it would seem pmdg did deal with the update ok, and that you have something strange going on with your setup, especially as microsoft have issued specific instructions how to install the new update. Did you follow all installation advice, because others on other forums are now admitting that they read nothing and just went ahead and installed and now have problems.regardsJohn Calleja

Started engines from cold and dark cockpit, didn't even open FMC, this is how it looks like... Fuel seems OK...And yes, I'm running 9.1 and using old no-cd fs9.exe (I hate keeping my CD4 in the drive all the time), besides, it's running all OK.http://forums.avsim.net/user_files/93885.jpg

Hi,@Word Not Allowed: nice to know everything is running well after update.Overwriting the "NEW" fs9.exe with the no-cd fs9.exe is IMHOnot a good idea. The FS9.exe has been changed "patched" by microsoft and you are overwriting that new file with an old one....:-hmmmWhy did you upgrade to 9.1 ??? IMHO you will get problems soon or later with your FS9.1....Greetings Constantin L.

Because I don't like changing CDs each time I want to fire up the FS. And the fact that the "updated" file got overwritten (yeah, I made the backup) is true, BUT... for now it's all working, I'll just wait for 9.1 no-cd fs9.exe.My point was only to say, that even with the old fs9.exe, I could not detect any errors.Although, I have to admit, I did reinstall FS9, not because something was working, but because I already before wanted a fresh and clean installation, so now it seemed like a good moment.

Sorry, this is a bit off the topic of the thread, but I have never needed to put any FS9 cd. Right from day one.I have other no-cd patches for some of my other programs, but not for FS9. Anyone know why? Thanks!
