I'm still curious about this program-The speech recognition (according to the website- and I know quite a bit about speech rec.) is not the same as voice buddy or any other addons. It appears that the speech rec is more along the lines of ATC simulator. What makes these different, is that with Voice Buddy, for example- You teach it pre-set phrases to recognize. It won't understand arbitrary commands. G="Gear Down".ATC Simulator (and purportedly FSCOM) don't work like that.In ATC Simulator you can saying "Northwest two one seven, descend and maintain two one thousand, turn right heading zero eight five" and it understands that.Naturally, it isn't searching through a gazillon phrases and just making a match- it understands "turn right heading" and then understands the number which follows it. This makes it MUCH more realistic. From what they say on the website, this is how FSCOM works. For instance, if you could say "request heading two two zero" and it would understand it. In the other programs, you could only interact with built in ATC by saying "Acknowledge request", and it would press the 1 key.Sorry to ramble, but if this program allows you to interact like ATC simulator does, it would be a HUGE leap in realism. Can anybody confirm this?
