Should keep you busy trying to figure out what they are saying.

LoL. agreed :(James.W

If you want speech recognition and voice command , have a look at "Voice Buddy vers. 2 " from eDimentional.com . It is in english and will work with all the FS9 planes and many add-on .

I would use "shoot", since it's free and can do more or less the same.

Shoot gets my vote.

Life is a short dash between two dates on a Tombstone

Do you have a web link for "shoot" ?

Hi James, You could also check out Flight Assistant here:http://www.winload.de/download/25014/Spiel...istant-2.1.htmlThe description is in German, but the download comes with English instructions. I've tried it a little, and it seems to work well.BR,Frank

Mikke! I was not really talking just about the voice recognition part... it was more the other features the FSCOM program says it has, in regards to the voice suppport.. I believe it reads back to u as in if u say "flaps 10" the copilot responds "Flaps 10" and the flaps are applied..cheers,James.

Oh...okay, well this will not suit your needs then. I don't know of a program that does that. Perhaps Voice Buddy, or as you say FSCom...I don't know.

Thats ok, I have FDC 2 but for the life of me even trying to follow someone elses pmdg 737 profile for it, it just wont behave.. its really good it seems but i just cant get it to run right..cheers,James.W.

No flaming, but I really wonder, if many, who had contributed to this thread have actually viited the website of FS.com!This programm is not just another voice recognition utility, but something completely different (voice recognition is just one feature). I don't bother to desribe all the features here. Who is interested can visit the website. There is even a version of FS.Com without voice recognition available.FS.com provides also an english version of its website, including buying and download instructions etc., compoletely in english! So before starting bashing this product, better have a look on the website first.BTW, I'm not affiliated with the publishers, nor am I using this product, nor can I rate it. Wolfgang

Sorry if u got the impression it was being bashed. I for one wasnt, I was just wanting to know if it was as good as it seemed after reading about it.. I have FDC 2 and would like that to run without hitches for me but I cant get it to run as some seem to have managed too with pmdg 73 series. So just thought id take a look at FSCOM as it seems to be similiar in what it can do..If its easier to use etc and dont do strange things with checklists too much, probably would purchase it.. But im trying to hold back on more spending as there is lots of new aircraft around the corner also. >:)Cheers,James.W

Wolfgang,I have also visited the english FSCom site and while looking at it I couldn't help noticing two things:- Information about the product's capabailities is a little shallow and tends to leave you with more questions than answers.- The english in the example flight on their website is rather rough, to put it very mildly and if that is any indication of the software quality, I would be less than optimistic.Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to bash a product I admittedly haven't tried (I use FSBuild and FSNav for flight planning, then ActiveSky 2004.5 and FS Realtime), but the first impression from the website is what sometimes makes or breaks a sale and in my case I would say it does the latter.Best RegardsMax (Bern, LSZB)http://www.hifisim.com/images/as2004betateam.jpg http://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/800driver.jpg
