November 11, 200421 yr I have a question regarding the strikethrough font I get on one of my PMDG gauges. I apologize in advanced if this issue is covered on one of the manuals.http://209.42.34.250/avsim/Strikethrough.jpgDoes this yellow strikethrough font mean anything?Thank you in advance,Kerke
November 11, 200421 yr Kerke,You've discovered one of the many hidden features in this aircraft! ;-)The strike-through will tell you that the CRS dialed in on the MCP does not match the course for the ILS. Or was it a radio frequency disagree? I don't remember but below you have an excerpt from a RW AOM:8<---Approach ReferenceDisplays the selected ILS identifier or frequency, approach front course, and ILS/DME distance. If the tuned ILS frequencies disagree, the frequency turns amber with an amber horizontal line through it.If the approach courses entered in the MCP disagree, the course turns amber with an amber horizontal line through it.8<---It's one or the other.Hope it helps, Mats JohanssonPMDG Flight Test Dept | Asus Z270-A | Intel i5-7600K @ 4.8 GHz OC/H2O | nVidia Geforce GTX 1070 8GB OC/O2|
