As mentioned it's self-explanatory. The taxi lights are for taxi and the landing lights are for operation on the runway during take-off and landing. Also, most operators run landing lights below 10,000.The other lights vary from carrier to carrier. Some operators use logo lights at night and some don't. Some leave them on below 10,000 as well, and I'm sure others turn them off sooner. Either way, the logo lights can't be turned off in the sim, so they're a moot point. The same goes for wing lights, except they can be turned on and off. The position lights are your nav lights and they would pretty much always be on. Anticollision lights are on pretty much always as well. I know strobes are turned on when on the runway and in the air, and only get turned off in clouds sometimes.
