November 21, 200421 yr Hmm, just gone through the checkout process, registered an account and so on. I entered my card number in and at first could not see a security number, so left that field blank and clicked 'OK'. Following a 'this transaction has been denied' message (note it did not actually give me a reason for this) and saw on the back of the card hidden from view the security number, so entered it in. After confirming and clicking OK this time, it came up with another error saying 'there is already a duplicate transaction'... what I don't get is, if the previous one failed, then why is it on record and not allowing me to try again? November 21, 200421 yr I'd e-mail your informatiom and your problem directly to PMDG. They'll be able to sort it out for you. I wouldn't post any personal info here in the forum. I'm sure you'll be well on your way to the 'PMDG' experience at least by Monday (Banking/credit issues are sometimes not able to be resolved on weekends).Mike Brown Mike Brown
