Hydraulics/ailerons

Hi, last night i was flying from Midland to Houston Intercontinental and when I was pre-flighting the plane I looked at my wing view and moved the yoke all the way to the left and the ailerons and spoilers were VERY slow I had to hold the yoke to the left for about 15 seconds before the aileron was in its full up position I checked hydraulic pres. and it looked fine I was running power off of the APU with both elec hyd pumps on then I switched to grnd power and same thing. then I pushed back and started the engines and flight controls were still very slow but right when i released the parking brake to taxi to the runway they went back to normal. Could someone tell me what was happening. It seemed pretty realistic to me (whatever it was) but thats the first time ive seen it happen. any help is appreciated thank you Tyler

Maybe we have Hydraulic brakes and the resevoure was almost empty. Sorry I am not sure of the correct answer but I couldn't resist. :+
