HiI am wondering if any of you kind people would be able to advise me on the basics of doing my own paint job.I have downloaded the pmdg paintkit but must have done something wrong as it it just a pile of icons in a folder.Please help I would love to do some paint jobs which i would hope i will be able to share with you all in return for giving me a few pointers.RegardsPaul:-zhelp

You need photoshop to do repaints. You can't just use 'Paint' that comes with windows.Mike Brown

I use a freeware program called GIMP. It is just as good as Photoshop.Randy Oldfield

Well it can't be as good as photoshop .. lol .. but it's pretty good for it's basic functions and if you don't own Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro, GIMP is a good way to go.
