Hello,I have just purchased the B1900C, downloaded with no problems. When I double click the .exe file, a black box flickers, and nothing happens...no install. I tried re-downloading a few times, same problem.I tried right-clicking the .exe file to "run as" and got the image below.Any ideas on what the problem is? I've purchased from PMDG before with no trouble. I sent an e-mail to support@... but according to the forum, this is the better place to post.Any ideas would be great,Cheers,AlWin XP SP2ASUS P4P8002.4 GHz1 Gig RAMG-Force FX 560080 gig HDFS9

Al,Sounds like your installer is still zipped (compressed). Try unzipping using Winzip and then run the installer and it should work normally. If the file you downloaded is missing the .zip tag, simply edit the name to end in .zip.RegardsPaul Gollnick :-cool Technical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Groupwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/images/forum/devteam.jpg

Paul,Could your response have been any quicker or any better? You have solved my problem in less time than it took me to update my original post with my computer specs, after seeing that I had not included them.I'm not sure why the download arrived as an .exe file instead of a .zip file. In any case, I'm off to try out the beauty...Thank you kindly Paul,Al
