I have every aircraft from PMDG, and I have had to redownload them a few times. I have gotten a zip error on every aircraft. I think where I go wrong is I start the download and start looking around and downloading liveries and manuals. So my suggestion start the download and walk away from the PC, do not browse the web or download anything.. just leave the computer to download. *crosses fingers* I hope that helps.
