May 15, 200521 yr Please contact me. I'm a new customer who recently purchased the 737-600/700 product. I did not realize that it was a download. After I purchased it on line I got a confirmation and saw "shipping charges $0.00 I thought I was getting a c/d. I left town for a few days and when I returned I saw the e-mail that was sent showing a link to download the product. Of course it had expired. The order was made April 28th. Since then I have e-mailed PMDG at least 7 times with no response. I saw in this forum your suggestion of opening a free account. I did that also at hotmail and sent you another message. I got a response that said it was delayed. I am now joining this forum to contact you. Please tell me what to do. All I want is to fly the 737 on FS 2002. If this is not possible I need a refund. But I would rather have the product. Shall I send you my e-mail address thru this forum or what?
