Wht Precision Manuals instead of Precision Aircraft?

Recommended Posts

One of these dopey questions I've always been meaning to ask since I discovered 737NG...Sure, the manuals need to be precise, but they are secondary to the plane!!CheersTim

I don't have a thorough answer to this but when PMDG started as a company they were making and selling manuals for other airplane add-ons. "Robert S. Randazzo founded PMDG in late 1997 with the intent to add an educational component to the world of desktop flight simulation. "quoted from their site. I believe in the beginning it was only Rob and perhaps someone else but I'm really just guessing. What I do know is that PMDG always have put the customer in the first spot and that they have a passion for what they do. Why else would they have been producing painstakingly detailed planes for a sim (Fly! and Fly!II) that had a very small and diminising user base...

And like a lot of other folks here, I wish they would re-release their 747-400 manual. ;)- Justin
