May 29, 200521 yr I want to publicly thank Paul Gollnick for the great support he provided to help me get the 737NG, 600-900 back in business after a power brown out/black out during a Thunderbumper caused my Win XP to become seriously corrupted.My first reinstall failed to work but Paul reset me and had me temporarily reset my virus/firewall settings to a less agressive level and I am back in business. PMDG and Paul are now in the same book with me as Shawn Fletcher at Aerosoft-Online, and that is pretty exalted company for them both.I appreciate the environment where my preferred supplier of software add ons has service as good as their products. June 9, 200520 yr Yep!! Once I opened a freebee hotmail account and got past PMDG's spam "Inspector?", Paul was back the next day and all my problems where solved. Those who whinge about lack of service from PMDG have the problem in their own backyard. I get about 40 to 50 Spam mail every day, imagine how much Paul must get?? I am sure one would not expect him to go through his Spam mail. Very often, I find authentic mail amongst the Spam I get. It all depends what and how one sends email and how the anti spam software is programed on the other end?So before you start whinging appreciate the fantastic aircraft you are able to enjoy and that PMDG will be back in a flash "IF" it gets your message!:-sun1
