Just about any scenery program...like Lago, Airport 2.6 etc will allow addition of static aircraft. I would suggest Airport 2.6 as its easy to learn and it works very well to add things to the scenery like aircraft or buildings. If i can learn it anyone can:) Really it just took about a days worth of reading and trial and error and I had it going. There are some nuances about it that take a while but you should be able to add stuff after using it for just a short while. It has a decent tutorial included with it.Hornit

I no longer add static aircraft to my airports, but instead use AFCAD to place parking spots where I want aircraft to appear. The advantage is that these AI aircraft taxi, takeoff and land. A lot more realistic in my opinion.

I would agree that this is a better approach!
