I live in an area of FRANCE where broadband is not (yet) available. The 747-400 can only be purhased as a download. This option is totally unpractical without broadband! Is there another purchase option?? Can I download the product on another PC with a broadband connection and then transfer it across to my PC?? I have emailed PMDG with this question but I never receive a response. Many thanks.

Hi,I bought the 747 and downloaded the installer on a PC with broadband and I moved the installer to my laptop.Then I connected my laptop to the internet on 56k dial-up, ran the installer and done the installer validation requested by the wizard (wich is really fast even on the 56k line). At the end of the setup I was ready to fly and enjoy the Queen. ;)ByeStefano S.
