  1. Is this a FSBuild self-generated route? A correct route (taken from vatroute.net) sholud be BPK Q295 CLN L620 REDFA. Have you tried it?
  2. lol That's outstanding! I'm really happy to hear that we now have a working LWE demo, I will of course give it a shot ASAP. Thanks Stephen, really appreciated.
  3. Hi Stephen, thanks for your reply. I'm interested in Opus after many very positive comments from your satisfied customers. Anyway I'd like to try myself the software, just to make sure it's what I expect from it. It would be nice if you can add in the demo some kind of time-limited LWE. In the meantime I will continue to follow the developement (the wind smoothing incorporated in the last build is definitely a plus, if it works of course - just kidding!), and maybe one day I will become your customer. Bye S.
  4. Hello there, I'm interested in testing the LWE of OpusFSX in demo mode before purchasing. Please anyone can tell me how LWE works in demo mode? If I understand correctly it's totally disabled, is this right? Thanks in advance
  5. Hello there, yesterday I was trying to figure out a "ready to taxi" startup state with fs2crew. From what I've seen it seems that it starts with the before taxi checklist, and then we follow the normal procedures. Is this correct? Regarding the aircraft, I'm usign the "ready to taxi" config state of the atr. Once the aircraft is loaded, I set up the FMC as required, perform the pushback and then start fs2crew and go through the before taxi checklist. What else should be set on the aircraft before firing the before taxi checklist? Thanks in advance
  6. Thanks. I suppose that all the differences in the clickspots are clearly listed in the manuals...
  7. Thanks Bryan, I'll give them a try. BTW, are the clickspots different in the VC from the 2D panel?
  8. Hello there, I kindly ask if I can use my beloved fs2crew in VC mode in FSX with my favourite addons, namely the Flight1 ATR72, LVLD763, PMDG 747 and (in a near future) the NGX. I'm talking about button control versions of Fs2Crew. I used to fly with fs2crew in the 2D panels before, but now I'm competely addicted to the VC and I will no longer use the 2D panel. Thanks in advance
  9. Some useful information here: http://forum.avsim.n...irtual-cockpit/
  10. Tested it yesterday, but I had some problems in handling the plane thereafter.Maybe I'm handling the airplane not correctly, so I kindly ask if someone can help me...While on the ground before takeoff with throttle set to 0 the plane was slightly moving forward. Taxiing was too fast even with very little throttle.I had low idle set with propeller rpm full forwardOn final I wasn't able to slow below 90kts. I set throttle to 0, high idle, propeller rpm full forward, flaps 20.I kindly ask if these configurations are OK. Those were used to work before the FDE upgrade. Thanks is advance
  11. This is exactly the main reason because I have not upgraded anything. Just wondering if anything has been changed during these years.
  12. Hello there, three years have passed since I set up my FS9 on my simming PC. Actually it is a WinXP box with SP2 and some other windows patches. Video card is a 8800GTS with 640MB, drivers are a 175.xx release. It has been connected to the internet very few times (just add-on activations), so I never executed Windows Update. Now I kindly ask if there would be any performance increase (or decrease) in applying SP3 and all the other windows patches.Video drivers are stick at 175.xx since I read many posts stating that new driver releases were useful for newer GPUs only, so I don't bothered with the new releases. Sorry if this has been asked before, a forum search led me to no useful results. Thanks in advance
  13. I finally had a chance to redo this flight, this time with ROCKI7.RLG AQULA flight plan. While inbound RLG, Center asked me about the approach to KEGE. I choosed ILS for RWY25, and center replied me "OK, you can expect that" (that was the message I was unable to understand!)At some point during my approach I had a "radar services terminated" call, and then I landed normally. Can't remember if tower contacted me or if I had to contact tower, BTW.Thanks for your help RonStefano
  14. Ron, thanks for your support.I'll retry this flight in the next days following your guidelines, and see what happen.Have a nice dayStefano
  15. Probably this is the point, but I can't understand how I'm leaved on my own (that is, I don't understand what the controller is telling to me). And to which point I'll be on my own? EGE has tower position, will tower contact me or I have to contact them by myself before landing? If I recall correctly I have been vectored from KDEN at first and then received a "proceed on course" clearance. I'll check it back with your flightplan anyway. But maybe I need to edit it in fsbuild to add DEN VOR and ZIMMER wpt, I'm sure they weren't on my flightplan. Thanks for your helpStefano
