February 25, 201214 yr Thanks very much! One question, Bernt...does this patch modify the Super Cargomaster as well? How should we install it to modify that model? Edited February 25, 201214 yr by RudiJG1 Wayne KlocknerUnited Virtual
February 25, 201214 yr I would just like to say thank you very much to Bernt Stolle for the new fde. She's real nice to fly now.Regards,Dave.Would like to echo my appreciation as well, the 208 is now a true joy to fly...Chris B. aka "Flapsdown"For RudiJG1: I just copied the same files over to the Super Cargo Master folder, changed the empty weight from the values provided by Bernt and then modified a few things to match the other "Supers", like the aircraft title etc. If there is more to it, I am sure Bernt will chime in. FYI, I also needed to add back the original Caravans in both folders to the new aircraft.cfg, making sure there were no ID confilcts (like two "White" Caravans in the same file), and also that they pointed to the new 208_ng.air file as well... March 2, 201214 yr Cheers to Bernt for this. She is a whole new plane! Great ground handling, great approach handling, fun to hand fly as I would guess the real plane is...Andrew Andrew Entwistle
March 2, 201214 yr I'm having a slight issue with this update.Any new textures I have downloaded are not showing in FSX.I have followed the instructions that came with the download (copy & paste new cfg and air file and put file in Gauges folder)The texture descriptions for the new paints in the cfg file have been changed so they point to the new air file.Am I missing something? :Thinking:Cheers folks!Alec Edited March 2, 201214 yr by Black_Sheep
