    AffinityMask 14 is for a 4-core CPU without hyperthreading enabled... it is the decimal equivalent of 1110, (8+4+2+0 = 14), Core 0 is disabled, Cores 1-3 are enabled...
     
    If you set the affinity mask to 15, ie enabling all 4 cores, I don't think you will see any improvement, but try it and see
