Help With CH Yoke - Assign AP/AT Disconnect to Button

Recommended Posts

Guest loomis

Hi All,I just purchased my CH Producs Flight Yoke and have been trying to figure out how to assign the AP/AT diconnect/disarm functions on the 737/747 to a button on the joystick. I tried using FSUIPC to assign keystrokes to buttons as well as the default FS assignments, all to no avail. Has anyone done this and if so, please tell me how? Many thanks,

Yes, if memory serves (I'm not in front of my system right now) I assigned a key sequence to the "L AP" button in the 737/747 Key-menu. Then assigned that key to a button on my CH Yoke using a reg'd version of FSUIPC. Send me a PM later if you're still having trouble and I'll check my setup when I get home this evening (US/East coast time). Hope this helps...Al

1,,Go to butons tab of fsuipc,2,,Press the button on your yoke that you want to assign to "ap/at toga or whatever".3,,The button you selected should appear in the "JOY field".4,,check the "select for key press" box.5,,select the key on your keyboard (ie "T")that you want to assign to this function in the "press the key(s)to be sent when you press this button" field.6,,once the above is completed go to the FS drop down menu go to "PMDG"..."general"...."key board commands"...click the "change assignement" button to assign the command to the key you selected in step 5 (ie "T")....Phill
