I'm getting a black screen after installing the update when i select any of the 744 will the remedy for CTD help me? can anyone help or enlighten me?ThanksStephen

I had that happen and simply cleaned everything out using the uninstaller in add/remove programs and then reinstalled the main file and the latest update and everything is fine now.Hope that works for you.
