They do not charge extra for a downloadable product. What they charge for is for it to be re-downloaded when the person that downloaded it in the first place could not be bothered to make a backup copy. I see nothing unreasonable in that.

Sounds like your dll.xml file is missing the entry for the hud. Best solution is to submit a ticket to PMDG with a copy of the dll.xml and they will sort it out for you. Messing with it yourself could cause further anguish. The file is located in C:\Users\your name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\FSX. Submit the ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com/Main/frmTickets.aspx but you must be logged in first.

You have an airac that is so out of date it has the wrong runways. There has been no runway 15 since 2012 - current runways are 14L 32R / 14R 32L and 18L 36R / 18R 36L

Have you turned off the L & R packs on the overhead (and don't forget to turn them back on when engines started)
