Dear PMDG Team,First of all I wish you all happy holidays.I would like to report I have experienced a CTD after installing the PMDG 744 on a clean system (FS without ANY add-ons).Procedure:- Installed FS on my laptop (which has been never used before to serve as my cockpit ;) )- Laptop is higher end performance then my PC- After installing Fs,I tried: no CTD- After installing PMDG 744: CTDHope you can do something with this info.Kind regards,Nick

Nick-Unfortunately, we really can't do much with that info....I'm betting you need to get your new laptop configured and updated drivers to start with- then ensure that your MSFS settings are within the capabilities of your laptop....There is no reason you'd see a CTD with a licensed installation of the 747-400.

I'm sorry Robert but I'm seeing a CTD with a licensed version 1.1 of the 747... how come?Now back to the other topic about this....
