July 20, 200223 yr I recently finished painting Mike Stone's excellent B377 model in United Mainliner colors (OOOOC :)) United received B377's in 1950 and operated them exclusively in the Mainliner scheme. One more note, Al Lynch Jr. of SimuBuild has graciously given me MUCH more webspace at his new site, FSWorldOnline.com and I thank him very much for it. Also with the new host comes a new design! Please check it out and send me some feedback on it. The new URL is: http://www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudioAnd here are the pics! http://www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio/temp/strat-1.jpghttp://www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio/temp/strat-2.jpghttp://www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio/temp/strat-3.jpg Enjoy!

[/

[link:www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio]Click here to visit Tim's FS Studio!] Updated July 20th! July 20, 200223 yr EDIT: Repaint.txt, not Readme.txtReplied to the other thread. For those of you who haven't seen the other thread, the alignment issue is explained in Repaint.txt.

[/

[link:www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio]Click here to visit Tim's FS Studio!] Updated July 20th! July 24, 200223 yr Just curious what the alignment issue is. Does the texture mapping need some tweaking?Mike Stone
July 24, 200223 yr VERY NICE!!!On my way to get it now!I gotta build a bigger hangar!!!Cheers!Heather
July 24, 200223 yr Both sides are the same dimensions but the left side appears a bit higher. The higher up it goes, the more noticable it is.

[/

[link:www.fsworldonline.com/~timsfsstudio]Click here to visit Tim's FS Studio!] Updated July 20th! July 24, 200223 yr This can happen if the scaling is off between the two sides. I'll check it an upload a fix.Mike Stone

July 30, 200223 yr Author Hi,Looks great! Here's an image of the real thing:http://www.flightsimnetwork.com/dcforum/Us...a3c1370626d.jpgA few quibbles:The blue is too bright - it should be navy blue. The lettering on the fuselage is too big.The circular logo is too large. The blue stripe is too wide. There should be a white pinstripe around the blue. The passenger windows should be square (UAL and NWA aircraft).Hope this helps,-- Tom GibsonCalifornia Classic Propliners: http://www.calclassic.com/Cal Classic Alco Page: http://www.calclassic.com/alco/Freeflight Design Shop: http://www.freeflightdesign.com/ San Diego Model RR Museum: http://www.sdmodelrailroadm.com/Drop by! ___x_x_(")_x_x___ Tom Gibson CalClassic Propliner Page
