PMDG Zero-Size File

I just purchased the awesome 747, flown my first circuit and am impressed. I also previously owned PMDG 737NG, which still sits in my PC.However, I noticed in my Program/MSGames/FS9/PMDG, there is a file "At.ctr" of file-size Zero!! It's dated 14-Jan-2003. What file is this, and does it affect anything?Thanks,Lep
