PMDG download page

Whenever I try to access the PMDG download page I get a "HTTP 404 PAGE NOT FOUND" message. Does anyone know if that is a problem caused by the local ISP or settings on my computer??Best regardsPalle Jensen

Thanks tomasI've tried the link, it still gives me the same message, I was in London a couple a days ago and it worked fine, here in the Qatar no luck, anyhow I'll talk to my ISP.Cheers

Palle,Definitely sounds like an issue in the internet routing somewhere between you and PMDG's servers.Go to Start/Run and type command and hit enter. In the console window that pops up, type "tracert www.precisionmanuals.com" without the quotes and hit enter. This will show you the hop by hop route your connection tries to take to get to PMDG's server. You should be able to see exactly where the connection is getting blocked, which you can then inform your ISP about...
