737/800 No takeoff warning

Recommended Posts

I was attempting a take off and when I advanced the thruster the no takeoff warning buzzer started beeping. Flaps down, parking brake released and trim set in the green. I looked for several minutes but couldn't find anything else out of place. Anyone got an idea of what I might have overlooked? I finally ignored the buzzer and took off and as soon as the plane lifted off the buzzer stopped. Seems like this has happened before.

Evidently you're right. Tried it with spoilers armed and got the warning, unarmed... no waring. I don't remember arming the spoilers when I had the problem. Thanks for the help.
