July 23, 200223 yr Hi Chris,Thank you for responding. I am at work right now, so I'll do that as soon as I get home.Regards.
July 23, 200223 yr Hi Chris,I checked the clouds type in advanced weather and it says cumulus, few, tops 8500 ft. So, I descend from FL200 to 8500 ft and this is what I saw then. Any clue?Gig
July 23, 200223 yr Commercial Member Hi, When you are to far from the clouds, the high level clouds appears, it's normal (flat one), the cumulus_few have have little problem appears, you can copy the stratus_few_above and rename as cumulus_few_above for now. Also you can wait for mine complete high level clouds..For futur question email me at [email protected] Willis[link:fsw.simflight.com/FSWMenuFsSim.html]Clouds And Addons For MsFshttp://fsw.simflight.com/fsw.jpg Kind RegardsChris Willis
July 24, 200223 yr Reminds me of an interesting trick posted here a while back....If you open up a second, top-down window, you can use zoom in/out to "lock" the 3-d look of a specific cloud layer, regardless of altitude. You then just shrink the top-down view and drag it to an unobtrusive location. This is a nice trick if you like to gaze down at puffy clouds just above the countryside while cruising at FL350...-JOhn
