PMDG 737NG in-flight save

Featured Replies

Hi I've done lots of flights on the PMDG 737NG but maybe half of them were unfinished because of the computer problems, if I restart the flight I will lose my settings in the plane. Can PMDG fix this problem!! I dont' have a high-end or a good computer to play. Why does this problem only happen to the 737NG but not to the 747??

The 737 doesn't have the ability to save the panel state, where as the 747 does.

>The 737 doesn't have the ability to save the panel state,>where as the 747 does.deeper explanation??

Meaning, the exact position of the switches and knobs on the panel, the FMC's route and performance info etc do not save on the NG when you save a flight. The NGX will be able to...

Allow me to clarify a little further. The feature you are requesting was not known to be not avaliable when the 737-NG was built. That means that it is actually not a bug at this point but a feature that the 737-NG code does not allow.PMDG will release a new version of the 737-NG (called the NGX) with all of the new features developed for the 747-400 (IRS, panel state saves, flexible wings, etc). This will be a whole new product that will finalize production after FS-X is released this holiday season (November-December 2006). There is no release date announced for the 737-NGXIn conclusion. There is no ability to save the state of all your switches and FMC information in the 737-NG.

thank you so much!!oh well, then I will have to stick with kittyhawk and skydecks untill NGX releases :)keep up the good work guys!! :D

Looking forward to it over here too. =) And an Airbus.!!!!PMDG Airbus
