pmdg purchase support. no answer from pmdg updateme- caution?

I purchased a redownload extended service from pmdgI got a response email but I never was sent a new link and when looking in the ecommerce section of the site , my download link was not restored. I would ask anyone who has knowledge to update this inquiry. They have not responded since my purchase on Feb 9th.Now I may be doing something wrong. but there has been no response to many of my updateme@precisionmanual emails to them.Does anyone know how to reach them or if there are any problems at their endPeterpkofman@rogers.com4163159148
