Anybody got any idea how to get charts for Spanish airports. I used to go in via Speedbird on line, but now I can't get in to the Spanish ones. I've forgotten my password and user name which obvioulsy don't help but I'm fairly sue what they were. problem now is I can't get the site to accept a new logon it just takes all my details then I get confronted with the same data entry page but in Spanish. Anyone know how to delete an old account from the site and atart again please ?

Jose,thanks for that info. yeh I've done all that before but it won't let me in because I've previously entered my details and can't remember my password. if I try to use the 'Forgotten 'assword' function it just says it can't send me my password. I tried logging on compeletely as a new person but then said it had a duplicate email address. Does anyone know how to dlete my entries so that i can start again please ?

Dave, One minute ago I have simulated that I forgot my password, and with only entering my EMAIL ADRESS they have sent me a message with both my "forgotten" user name and password. So, I don't know why you can't get it.Jose Luis.
