Im not sure what is happening but my problem is the Queen does not keep my random failure settings. I have to re-enter them everytime I load her up. It does this on both the Pax and Freighter version is this normal?Ryan

Yes, it doesn't save when you exit FS. Even if you are loading a saved flight, you would have to rearm random failures.
