Ok, I have NO CLUE why my windshield wipers are not working in my 737's. I know they only work in VC mode, but I go to the over head, turn on both, then sit, wait, nothing. Do I need to be doign something else other than just turning those on? Any help much appreciated.

Do you have the 800/900 installed? You may want to try reinstalling the 737 package. Make sure you download and run the removal tool to uninstall your current 737 package and then reinstall the PMDG 737 600/700 Ver 1.3, the PMDG 737 800/900 Ver 1.1 and the Optional Model Update if you want to add the new VC features of the 800/900 to the 600/700 and then your liveries and you should be all set.RegardsPaul Gollnick :-cool Technical Operations/Customer Operational SupportPrecision Manuals Development Groupwww.precisionmanuals.comhttp://www.precisionmanuals.com/priv/img/forum/sig_pmdg.jpg

I also have the 6 to 900 and the wipers never have worked. It's anoying, but I'm sure not going to reinstall just to have themwish there was a better fix? :(

They really get in the way visually on approaches and have become a nuisance. I never noticed them on real simulator approaches. If not, Is there a line in the config. file to totally get rid of them?I know, it's picky but irritating...Regards,jack

Ok, I have figured out that my wipers only work in the 800-900 and i completely did a whole computer reinstall(restored my OS so it is like it when i baught it) and so, is it only supposed to work for those two?

Alright! I fixed it! I had to install the optional download to make your 737-600/700 a clicakble VC from the 800/900. Glad this is over!!!
