October 30, 200718 yr I am controlling all my joystick axes and buttons in FSX using a registered FSUIPC 4.20.With autothrottle engaged, and throttle mode properly annunciated, I am able to affect throttle position by moving my throttles (although, the auto-throttle will re-adjust things afterwards). Also, I do not have any of the "overrides" turned on in PMDG options. This seems reminicent of the FSUIPC v3.75-3.765 issue that Pete recently fixed in v3.766.So... question is: Is it possible that FSUIPC 4.20 is responsible for such behavior?(At first blush, I would have said that is not possible, since 747X doesn't use FSUIPC... but perhaps Lefteris would like to comment on that?)Thanks,- Bill - William Ruppel, CYTZ, VATSIM 816871
October 30, 200718 yr Author FYI: I see Pete has a new version 4.203 now available, and he talks about undoing changes to the same variables that were changed in 3.75-3.765.So, I'm hopeful that this new version will solve the issue.- Bill - William Ruppel, CYTZ, VATSIM 816871
October 30, 200718 yr Commercial Member Are you positive you don't have Throttle checked in Controls Override in the PMDG Menu and that the A/T isn't in HOLD mode when this happens? We don't use FSUIPC at all with the 400X (other than as an option for legacy TCAS stuff for online flying) so I'm not sure how this could be related to FSUIPC at all. October 30, 200718 yr Author Yes, I'm sure that I don't have overrides checked in the options, and this occurs with the A/T mode in SPD or THR REF.And, regarding FSUIPC... yeah, that is what I thought too.On the off chance, I will try out Pete's new FSUIPC and let you know if that makes a difference.- Bill - William Ruppel, CYTZ, VATSIM 816871
