"That sure would be useful whenever I forget to switch the runway in the FMC if ATC reassigned me."I seem to recall it was the Singapore 006 accident in Taipei which accelerated the development/implementatin of this system, but there are countless other incidents/accidents in which this system would have saved lots of lives.Note that the system has stronger warnings if you are doing the wrong thing (not just low key advisories)Cheers.Q> イアン
