The runways which are required to be entered at the departing Airportwill not satisfy the FMC and comes up with the message Runway not listed, How can I solve this problem, {LNV can not work with it}I sometimes wonder why the supplier goes into hiding when we Flight sim guys have trouble, we paid good money for this product and all I require is it to operate correctly in accordance with the sales pitch. I am just a customer but who says PMDG go into hiding?? you will find some of the most helpfull people in the FS world on this forum. Now what Runway are you trying and what version of FS and AIRAC are you using?Rob

Be sure you receive an automated reply to confirm that you both are receiving each others email.The developers do frequent this forum but it is basically a help to self-help. There's an abundance of information in this forum if you use the advanced search functionality and use some clever key words.The runway missing sounds like a AIRAC/procedure/FS mismatch.
