Fingers mean gates.

In my opinion, the quickest and easiest way is LAGO's Flight Simulator Scenery Enhancer. It is available at www.lagoonline.com for about $25 US. R-

I think it is a German thing. When I worked in Berlin-Tegel they referred to jetways as 'Fingers'.
