first of all i would like to say i love this product. probably the best flight sim addon out there. but lately ive been having trouble trying to get the extended downloaded version of the 747 and the 747F.i bought these planes a few years ago and recently i had to reboot my computer. about 2 months ago i bought the extended download service for both planes and sent the email to retrieve the url. but i got no responce and no url update. i thought for some reason it was a fluke, so i bought the extended url's again a few weeks ago. i still havent heard back from PMDG for the updates. this has become very annoying because i had to place an extended leave of absence for my VA or get the pirate version.if someone from PMDG OPS is reading this, please help.
