B747-400F Load-up

Having recently transitioned from the GA world to the wonderful heavy-iron B747-400F, I have always complied with the recommendation to load-up FS9 with the default Cessna C172 @ SEA; then make the selection to desired location and aircraft. Does the same recommmendation hold true with the PMDG B744? The reason I ask is because I use the MATROX Triple-Head 2GO with VC and a combination of the 2D pop-ups. I've used the saved panel states, but that does'nt seem to apply to re-sizing panel pop-ups?So, just curious about the initial loading of the C172, or is it save to start-up using saved flights with PMDG B744.Many thanks.Les Parson
