the disappearing 2D panel???

Hi everyoneCan someone please tell me why does the 2D panel does not load in a saved flight,see attachment.At most times it will load by pressing shift 1,but sometimes it does not load at all.I have the following add ones.os vista 64bitfsxgexult ter. usault ter. europefs2crew pmdg 747xactive skyactive graphicfscommander.Hope someone can help.Qas
