Recommended Posts

Guest stevesj

HiWhen trying to load a flightplan in to my 747-400 I get the response 'not in database', even though the flightplans are all ok in the folder /Flight Simulator 9/PMDG/Flightplans. I have tried .rt .rte and .rt2, even the ones that shipped with the software nothing will work.I have the update from May this year, upto date AIRAC and a clean updated pc on Win XP.It used to work, but dosn't now.Can anyone help, pleaseCheersSteve

Hi Steve!'not in database' can only mean what it says, that is, the flightplan contains a waypoint(s) that is not in the current AIRAC database. This logically means that the flight plan is therefore out of date, since you loaded a more up to date AIRAC.I suggest that you try creating a new version of the route, using http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/ and then report your progress.Cheers, Richard
