Hi,I've purchased the PMDG MD-11X few minutes ago. Then I downloaded the installer and started the installation process. At the validation page i type in my data and clicked on "Validate" but a message box pops out and says that my "user information could not be validated".The order id is the same as in the mail / shop. My email ist also the same. Tryed with copy paste and manual typing but without any luck. My password has special characters, could it be that there are problems with special characters?Edit: my av and firewall are disabled...regardsOnur

Onur-I took a look at your account (unique first name- you were easy to find!) and it appears that the server thinks you are using the incorrect password.I'd recommend using the "i forgot my password" function on our account login page- and have a copy sent to you.If you continue to have trouble let us know. we'll get you sorted out!

Hi Robert,thanks for your reply!Like I said I have the correct password but it contains a "%" so I think its not recognized right.I can login on the PMDG site but cant validate with the SAME password.Sadly, you dont have a password change function on your website :(Maybe you can reset my pw to another and send me the pw via mail ? ;)Thank YouOnur

Onur-Ah- we do have one!Log into your account, then click on MANAGE PERSONAL INFORMATION.You will find the password change capability there.If you have trouble with it- let me know and one of us will modify your password and email you as suggested.
