October 19, 200817 yr Commercial Member >When flying with clear weather in FSX how to you set the QNH>to the correct setting?Andrew,to set the altimeter there's a selector labeled 'BAROSET' on the ECP (left and right of the FCP).The QNH display is below the altitude tape on the PFD.This has nothing to do with clear weather or bad weather, you always set QNH the same way. To know which QNH is the correct one you need to listen to ATIS frequencies at the airport or if under ATC guidance the controller will tell you the QNH to set.Markus Markus Burkhard
October 19, 200817 yr Author Thanks Marcus, So Ineed to have default FSX ATC on to get this information or can I leave it off and just tune the radio To the local ATIS?
