MD11 Liveries

Featured Replies

Hi thereI have been checking out the MD11's liveries for download on the main PMDG website and I think I am correct in saying that the airliners that operated the MD11 and DC10 have been provided for?Im loving the British Airways Landor livery - I worked on the DC10 for years. There was only one operator in the UK that flew more DC10's than BA and that was Caledonian Airways...It would be great if these liveries could also be catered for?http://www.airliners.net/photo/Caledonian-...0-30/0688377/L/http://www.airliners.net/photo/Caledonian-...0-30/0691607/L/and British Caledonianhttp://www.airliners.net/photo/British-Cal...0-30/0510877/L/http://www.airliners.net/photo/British-Cal...0-30/1170346/L/I was also wondering, the liveries on the PMDG site, what format are then in? and what programe were they created in?Thanks guysKimberly.

Thanks, it would be great if there was a PMDG British Caledonian/Caledonian Airways livery as they were almost the launch customer for the MD11 type. The MD11 order was only cancelled by BA after the take over.BCal (British Caledonian) and then Caledonian used the DC10 as the bank bone of their long haul fleet.Once the take over was completed BA soon understood the merits of BCal
