November 9, 200817 yr Hi allI am very excited about the release of the PMDG MD-11, it simply looks awsome. Anyway I wanted to know if it was possible to burn it to a DVD once I have downloaded it, and then be able to reinstall it in the future?I'm sorry if this question has been brough up before.Ben
November 9, 200817 yr Well I didnt have any problems with burning the downloaded file to a CD-R. Just did so weeks ago after I downloaded the approx. 160 MB MD11-file...HTH! :)

It's best to burn the installer to a CD or DVD. Ryan MaziarzFor fastest support, please submit a ticket at http://support.precisionmanuals.com
November 9, 200817 yr The other option is to ensure you regularly back up your hard disks regularly with something like Norton Ghost. That way, should a situation arise whereby you need to do a complete re-install, you have all your files backed-up including anything you may have downloaded.Personally I am a$!%!& retentive and do both but that is my wife
